Youth & Transitional Age Project (Y-Tap)
A SAMHSA funded program aimed at reducing substance and HIV/AIDS transmission amongst youth and young adults ages 13-24 years of age.

NJ Atlas Recovery Mentor Program:
Includes OP/IOP programs geared toward providing individuals battling addiction and co-occurring disorders with reclaiming their lives through holistic recovery groups and therapy sessions.

Project H.E.A.L:
Provides confidential holistic case management, mental health, and recovery support services to Ryan White consumers and their families though-out Bergen, Essex, and Passaic Counties.

Social Security Work Incentives & Planning Assistance (Ticket to Work):
Social Security's Ticket to Work Program is a free and voluntary program aimed at helping people ages 18 through 64 who are blind or have a disability and who receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits become informed, employed, and economically self-sufficient.

Project Re-Bound:
Holistic Faith-Based Re-Entry Program benefiting incarcerated populations, ex-offenders, and their families. Currently servicing : Northern State Prison, Bergen County Jail, Passaic County Jail, and Fenwick House for Women.
