WELCOME
Team Management 2000, Inc. (TM2K), is a 501(c) (3) non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) with headquarters in Hackensack, New Jersey. Founded in 1999, we began delivering services, and programs in the year 2000 to Bergen and Passaic Counties.
Today, our organization serves Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Hudson counties with more than 10 grant-funded programs aimed at providing support to multiple under-served at-risk populations (including youth and young adults ages 13-24) in need of housing, substance abuse treatment and mental health services, as well as LGBTQ and Ryan White funded (HIV/AIDS) services and programs. In recent years, we have expanded our organization to include an Atlanta, GA metro-area facility.
We could have never accomplished this without all of you. Over the last 22 years we have been blessed to receive federal, state, and local funding to deliver our many programs and services. But, we are most grateful for the financial contributions, and support we have received from our amazing community of advocates.

As state COVID mandates are being lifted nationally, our staff and patients are returning to regular office hours, and appointment times.
We are accepting referrals, and providing a multitude of mental health, substance use, prevention and other support services on-site, as well as virtually and tele-medically.
